I stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites for 10 nights for an out-of-town work event that was paid by my employer. I had read the reviews prior to visiting and I was apprehensive about my long stay due to the negative reviews. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by the friendly front desk staff. Check-in was prompt and easy. When I got to my room, I found it to be very clean, crisp, and comfortable! I had no issues with the room. The AC worked well, there was plenty of hot water and great water pressure to boot! The bed and pillows were comfortable! Housekeeping came every other day to replenish towels, toilet paper, and clean sheets and fluffed pillows! When the guest use washing machine was down and being repaired, I was given several recommendations and a name of a pick-up laundry service. Due to my hectic work schedule, I did not take advantage of the free hot breakfast or the pool. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay again!
They are undergoing renovations and it was a little loud. It is the price for better rooms. They also offer a breakfast complimentary.
The hotel is nice and clean with a good breakfast. I had a room incident that could've been handled better, and the are going thru construction right now so the pool is closed.
Stayed a Friday overnight for a function in the area. The place is somewhat rundown - the parking lot needs work, the water pressure was lacking, the elevator was out and the pool was closed. But it also seemed like they were making efforts to improve. Morning coffee was good and the breakfast smelled great - I didn't try any though. The room was clean and quiet - we were on the first floor by the door. The staff were friendly. I would visit again to see if it's getting better. It is in a nice location.

Other than being a little outdated visually, I can't agree with any of the negative reviews. Our room was spotless, there was obvious wear and tear but it was very clean. Our beds and pillows were very comfortable squishy and soft. The sheets were spotless. The bathroom didn't have a spec of grime or stains anywhere and was rather modern! Nice tiles, big mirror, nice and bright with a bath tub and shower. Great water pressure and it was very hot! Full size shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. Microwave fridge and TV in the room. Big closet. Nice location near lots of stores and restaurants. Very solid choice! (Pool was under construction during my stay, but I didnt know it had one when I booked anyways but I can see how that puts a damper on things for a family). Also, free breakfast and it was delicious! Hit foods, waffle bar, oatmeal bar, cereals, fruits, yogurts, baked goods, breakfast sandwiches. It was a really nice stay!
Aly & Carrie N. Who were running the bistro during my stay were absolutely FANTASTIC! I travel a lot and I never hang out at any of the courtyard or Fairfield Bistro/Bars. They made my two-day stay amazing. Friendliest and top notch service! Smiled constantly and very conversational. These women deserve a raise! Everyone they served seemed to enjoy them and their high level customer service as much as I did! Amazing job ladies!
